Vision
Every secondary classroom in Pakistan led by a teacher who knows the subject, understands the students and never stops learning.
Mission
To prepare graduates as thoughtful, capable secondary teachers through a demanding evening programme that joins university study with sustained practice in real schools.
Values
- Students first. Every decision a teacher makes starts with the learners in the room.
- Practice, then reflection. We learn to teach by teaching, looking honestly at what happened and trying again.
- Integrity. Honest work, fair assessment and respect for every person in the classroom.
- Access. Evening classes, so that working graduates can move into teaching.
- Lifelong learning. A teacher’s education does not end with the degree.
