Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give one) and your message. When you apply online we receive the details asked for on the application form, such as your name, date of birth, CNIC number, address and phone number.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to you and to process your application. We do not sell them or share them with anyone outside the college, except the University of Karachi where your admission requires it.

Who can see it

Your details are stored on our server and can be seen only by college staff who deal with admissions and enquiries.

Cookies and storage

This website uses a small number of cookies: one keeps your session secure, one protects the forms against misuse, and one remembers the language you chose. If you close the announcement bar, your browser remembers that on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies.

The maps on the home and contact pages are provided by Google Maps and load when you scroll to them. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map.
